She was never considered c tier everyone in the PTB was calling her A tier but she got a massive buff when she came out so now she’s pretty much broken as hell and she is definitely going to get a Nerf She had counter play in the ptb her weakness was short loops now you out play them again leave it to behavior to buff a A tier killer for no reason
