@expatsi: In Portugal, tradition is everywhere if you know where to look. Our friend Heather shared two moments that couldn’t be more Portuguese. The first was dinner at a roadside restaurant outside of Lisbon. From the packed parking lot, she knew it was going to be good and it was. Pork shanks, salted cod, rustic sides, and wine that somehow only cost $12. The bread came in a linen bag. Leftovers were wrapped with ribbon. Even the smallest details felt special. Then in Sintra, she attended a museum exhibit by her neighbor, a Portuguese artist who uses farm feed bags and fruit sacks as color in his pieces. Portugal is like that: food traditions passed down for generations and art that transforms the everyday into something extraordinary. #Relocation #Portugal #movetoportugal #LifeAbroad
