Please don’t get her Barbie’s she can’t play with. My Mom did this and I am 28 now and still don’t understand it. I did in fact open all of the “collector” Barbie’s once. New in box they are now only worth $20, probably close to what they originally cost.

I’m not here for the collector’s Barbie. I was gifted one as a child and was never allowed to play with it. As an adult I do not have a need for a collector Barbie - as soon as my daughter showed an interest I gifted it to her. It made me happy to see her play with it

I opened my collector Barbie and she was my absolute favorite to play with! She is literally worth $10 in the box now, so glad I actually enjoyed playing with her!!! My mom was so mad I opened her 😂
