You are not supposed to do that movement, it’s biomechanics. I see so many of you do this at a very heavy load. Just use a machine or cable machines if you cannot do this movement correctly.

I have an impingement in my right shoulder right now. Using a neutral grip on a machine press is way less stress on my shoulder (similar to your second press example with the slight decline)

Very helpful. Idea for you. I saw a guy on instagram use a marker to circle the different muscle of shoulders then point to one area show an exercise. Then the next circled area etc.. so helpful. He only did it on a couple of videos so not his ‘stick’ but someone should (you) run with the idea.
