Linen sheets are a game changer. My husband is a hot sleeper and also has restless, super hairy legs. He was literally shredding our super high count (expensive) cotton sheets. I found nice sets on Amazon. Probably spent about $150 a set. But, two sets have lasted us more than a year and are holding up great. The feel initially seems rough but one sleep and hubby and I were hooked. Love ‘em….

I had some bamboo sheets that were very comfortable, but they were a pain in the ass to launder. I swear by very simple West Elm cotton percale sheets.

Look at the thread count girl. The lower the better the higher the tighter so use that as your guide. Bamboo definitely going to get you hot.

I haven't seen any cooling sheets that seemed legit but I did get a cooling blanket a few weeks ago and some cooling pillows and pillow cases and they are game changers!! maybe try that and then you don't wake up swaddled! 😊
