I had a surgeon tell me he won’t do grafting at the same time as implant placement because less fat survives. He wants to do grafting surgery a few months later if it’s needed… thoughts?

So is fat grafting not a good idea for someone who under went radiation or is it that more fat grafting sessions are needed for the irradiated breast ?

if i gain weight but got fat injected under my eyes will i have fat under eyes? is all fat equal or does it behave differently depending on where it’s harvestedl from? stomach fat versus wrist fat? So confused.
