Monthly Costco Grocery Haul on a budget! The truth is you can save tons of money buying in bulk, but most people don’t plan ahead. To be clear, this is not how I eat all of the time since I travel a lot buying in bulk is not always feasible.   Many people often assume that a high meat diet will be extremely expensive, and compared to the S.A.D. it may seem that way, however there are many ways to save. See below ⬇️ 1️⃣ Buy in bulk from local farms. You’ll often be able to find great deals when you buy local & in month’s quantities. Simply thinking in advance & becoming friends with your local butcher or farm will save you lots! 2️⃣ Use ground meats as your primary protein source. Ground meats contains collagen rich connective tissue which many people lack in their diets. Do not sleep on ground beef! 3️⃣ Utilize non standard/unpopular cuts of meats. This can include organ meats, bones, heart, tongue, etc. If you don’t like these foods you can even find flank steaks & roasts for quite cheap at Costco!  4️⃣ Stop Eating Out! Many people spend $100-200 a month at least doing out to dinner or restaurants for lower quality foods. Meal prep is a major key! 5️⃣ Less Snacks. Prioritizing high quality foods will decrease the amount of snacks per day you require. All of this adds up! This is simply the diet that works for me & I’m not claiming for it to be the best diet, however I feel great, my training feels great, & that’s what matters most. Do what works for you & if you’re thriving, don’t change a thing! What’s the saying… if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it 👍🏻
