l feel the amount of sleep may have a bearing on how loud the ringing is. if im home I have the radio on low and sorta distracts from concentrating on buzzing.

Hello, I don't want to scare you but I have it for 9 months, that time I went to doctors. Sa wakas ipinadala nila ako para sa isang MRI at nalaman na mayroon akong meningioma sa utak sa paligid ng mga acoustic canal. Sinasabi nila na ang ingay sa tainga ay tawag ng utak para sa tulong. have tinnitus for 9 years I have try everything even under gone a major surgery decompression of the seven and eighth cranial nerve with a mash in between my nerves ... I still have nerve pain in my left ear and tinnitus is still here.... it's not easy but you need more rest, relax,vitamins, some white noise to mask tinnitus, I make myself busy with work.....hope you get well soon dear friend ♥️♥️♥️I pray for you sister.... stay strong 🙏🙏

my husband also got diagnosed with tinnitus and we went to specialist, tinapat nia kami wala pang cure kasi yung kanya walang underlying medical issue at good din ung hearing nia. Ang advise samin is kapag nasumpong xa kailangan idivert ung attention nia sa ibang mga bagay like hobby or mind control, pero sobrang hirap kasi mentally nakakadrain xa, usually ang ginagawa nia is nagpapatunog xa ng white noise and nagamit xa ng loop, avoid stress din kasi nakakatrigger xa. praying for your situation,
