i feel so guilty and i feel safe getting this out here.. i for years wanted something to be wrong with me so i had a reason or an excuse for the way i was... i regret it everyday because now there's something going on and i hate it everyday and i regret all of those thoughts. i was so stuck in my own world and didn't think these things were real and now i know, and i mourn the person i was before this and want to slap her in the face and tell her to be grateful for her working body 😔

I have a liver biopsy in the morning and my brother was like “I’ll pray that it’s clear” and I literally said no… pray for answers and something that can be fixed. I don’t want clear, something is wrong. I want answers

literally me this week. had a ct scan diagnosis that wasnt accurate, blood work says otherwise for the past 2 months. all is well but anxiety still hits.

omg yess! i have been dealing with stomach issues since high school. then beginning of this year and i had new symptoms that were not related to my stomach issues at all. i have been in and out of he er, going to specialist, being hospitalized, and did some research myself and came across POTS. this month i finally got a tilt table test and my results came back positive for POTS. i knew this entire time it was POTS. it took me months to get diagnosed and two different cardiologist to push for answers. they didn’t even believe i needed testing for it. but so glad i finally got answers to one of my health issues. still on the road to find out about other issues lol. but we’ve got this girly! 💗

For years I was told “it’s just your mental health” or “it’s anxiety” until I finally got those positive results and I cried happy tears because I wasn’t crazy. And I was pushing for a reason..🫶🏼 you aren’t alone!❤
