I disagree respectfully. I just think it’s not that deep to most of us. In the scheme of things it’s just Tik Tok- just entertainment. For the creator it’s money. For the majority it’s just a simple like of follow. . I’m not following the crowd but I’m not deeply analyzing everyone either

I’m the opposite of some tbh ing is trending or popular I avoid it especially if said thing doesn’t align with my values it will be an immediate unfollow. I’m always in a place where I will like something be made fun of it for it not being cool than it becomes popular and people will do a 180 and I’m left like okay? I think humans are social creatures, and we like to be part of a community, we are curious, we are social and we are empathetic, as someone that comes from a 3rd world country, when a famous singer comes over to perform, everybody wants to go watch them perform, even if you don't like their music, you would go because you want to be part of something and experience it with your peers.

Omgosh!!! This is 100% correct my husband has always said people just want to be led and I always thought it was kind of an obnoxious thing to say but as I’ve gotten older, I realize he’s right.People don’t want to admit it, but they all want a leader and there are very few actual leaders.
