My hair is just as long as hers and I never cut it, wash like twice a week, no heat ever. I don’t even use any oils and I just let it be free when I’m sleeping

I have super long hair and my tip is cut off those split ends and go as natural as you can. No heat, no blowdryer, rarely comb, rarely cut. Also take biotin and try to have a nutricious diet. :)
