yeah higher LDL cholesterol on its own isn't bad and no one has ever said that- people with the ability to see nuance (ergo those that practice moderation) have known this for ages. high levels of LDL cholesterol are generally accompanied with an unhealthy diet high in saturated fat, the combo of which causes deposits of plaque in the arteries which dislodge, cause blockages and therefore heart attacks or strokes. but I'm sure you're not considering that when pushing carnivore
