Fun Fact ☝️🤓 Van Halen used to require a bowl of m&m's with no brown m&m's in it to see if the venue was actually thoroughly reading the rider. If the venue didn't have it they wouldn't play the show. They had about 9 trucks of gear whereas most shows back then had about 3. If the venue didn't read about the brown m&m's they probably didn't read the safety and stage structural requirements needed for Van Halen's show, they also probably didn't read about the power requirements needed for the show. They had a stage collapse because the venue didn't read carefully and didn't mess around after that.
