Happened to me once. Not for 50 million but 5m and I was 23. Was cut out of a bank account unknowingly until I met at a bar with my biz partner and he said something similar. That company closed 36 months later with the same amount in debt. We had no debt and had accumulated almost 8 figures in the bank when i was running it

They blew 17 million dollars and a friendship for the chance to get 8 million more and now no one wants to partner with them and they made no money. The actual moral of the story is, dont backstab your partner.

Happened to me once, had alot of equity at the establishment, a similar conversation was held, greed is a dangerous thing, not everyone has the the same business acumen, you grow through what you go through ultimately, lessons learned.
