This made me realize how alone I feel, I don’t know if I have even a single person/friend to call … 🥲 but I know I would do this for anyone, friend or not. Maybe I need to start being that person for myself too, letting myself sit in the mud and feel all my feelings instead of feeling shame/guilt/etc for it

Don’t agree with this. I just had a cancer scare. Told my friends to back off while I navigated through all the fear and emotions. That I would reach out when I was ready. Demanding access to ppl is selfish and making the situation about you.
