imma say it like this. as a manga only type of person whos been in this since 2005. Talking about the manga with other manga readers was very closed and fun. You'd occasionally have a anime fan join the space, get spoiled to hell and back and cause an issue. it wss rare and when it did happen the manga community just ignored it and went about our business. But around 2020 when the massive amounts of new fans came in, the manga community's were being infested with anime onlys trying to look up their favorite characters. Ani twitter didnt make it any better. Since you could legit be reading a manga and psot about your favorite character. Then people will clown you cause that character dies 300 chapters later. Everyone is the problem here I think. Manga readers always on the defensive, and anime onlys willingly engaging with the manga community knowing its spoiler city. Bring back separate communities. Yes weeb segregation
