Surah Ash-Shams (Chapter 91 of the Qur’an) is a Makkan surah that highlights the contrast between light and darkness, good and evil, and guidance and misguidance. It reminds us that Allah has given every soul the ability to choose between righteousness and corruption. Those who purify their souls will succeed, while those who suppress the truth will face consequences. The surah also mentions the fate of the people of Thamud, who were destroyed due to their arrogance and denial of the truth. スーラ・アッシャムス（クルアーン第91章）は、光と闇、善と悪、導きと迷いの対比を強調するマッカ時代のスーラです。アッラーはすべての魂に、正義と堕落のどちらかを選ぶ能力を授けられました。自らを清める者は成功し、真実を拒む者はその報いを受けることになります。また、このスーラでは、傲慢さと真理の拒絶によって滅ぼされたサムードの民についても語られています。 Transliteration 1. Washshamsi wa thuha ha 2. Walqamari itha talaha 3. Wallahari itha jallaha 4. Waallayli itha yaghshaha 5. Walththama-i wama banaha 6. Waalar thi wama thaha ha 7. Wanafsin wama sawwaha 8. Fa-alhamaha fujooraha wataqwaha 9. Qad aflaha man zakka ha 10. Waqad khaba man dassaha 11. Kaththabat thamoodu bitaghwaha 12. IthinbaAAatha ashqaha 13. Faqala lahum rasoolu Allahi naqata Allahi wasuqyaha 14. Fakaththaboohu faAAaqaroha fadamdama AAalayhim rabbuhum bithanbihim fasawwaha 15.
