We do a mix of purées (really just mashed “adult” foods) and BLW foods, but with spoon feeding purées, is it better to pre load spoons and hold it out for baby or offer the purée on a plate/bowl and allow baby to dip spoon themself? If the first, when do we switch to the second?

5 month next week. Which meal is best to start with breakfast, lunch , or dinner? How do I prepare the meal? Blend it with water or formula or just give solid like an example a piece of banana or a blended banana with the water or formula

How do you know if your baby is ready? My son turned 4 months Tuesday and he spits out his milk sometimes still but he tries really hard to grab the bottle and pushes it then gets upset. Any tips?

my soon to be 5 month old baby is very Interested in food. he has tried strawberries, banana, sweet potato, and I gave him a little bit of chicken Alfredo which he didn't actually eat the noodles but got all the sauce on his hands and ate them. how do I need to prepare just our normal meals for him? I've seen some people say finger length strips of food idk I'm so nervous of him actually biting a piece of food off and not being able swallow it probably. he has almost cut his 2 bottom teeth.
