as someone with mild to severe essential tremors all these people asking why her hands are shaking remind me of all the people that ask me if I'm okay now daily basis. some even laugh. for the most part I say I had too much coffee or I'm cold so I don't have to explain what essential tremors are. no medicine has ever helped me but trying to stop my hands from shaking actually makes them shake more. ☹
