My son had foot pain we went to feet store paid 125 for fancy insoles. Founds same ones on Amazon for 19. Pain is gone!

there are some progressive ballet technique exercises that also help to prevent pain from plantar fasciitis ! i’m not sure if they are online anywhere but i can share if you’d like !

Friend, it's all about strengthening your calf and your feet. I struggled with PF until my PCP sent me to physical therapy where my therapist gave me a regimen of strengthening exercises. YouTube for some exercises. I also suggest Taos brand shoes as they have different styles with good support
