you gotta understand how tariffs work. only thing tariff is the cost into making it. for example It cost nike $10 to make 1 pair of shoes that sell for $150 add 100% tariff it now cost Nike $20 to make the sane pair yet will double the price of the shoes to $300 its mostly corporate greed taking advantage

Did you say this is for name brand meds? Then require them to use generic drugs. I use generic so I can afford my meds. I don’t understand why we are comfortable letting other countries make our meds to begin with.

companies importing goods pay the tarrifs the tariff is a kind of tax that the government collects. companies pass along that additional cost to the consumer so indirectly the consumer pays the tariff. a woman purchased a wedding dress months ago. she paid the person making it in a different country. when her wedding dress arrived should could not take delivery until she paid thousands of dollars in tarrifs because she purchased it direct.
