honestly...call or join your parent teacher club- and you will understand! been on a board for 4 years- everyone wants events and fun and cool stuff, but there is NO parent volunteers, flakey parents who say yes and back out, and NO MONEY for amazing events that people expect. example, these inflatable business want their $ up front...to book these things, it all costs MONEY, the school or parent club breaks even...after paying them off 😂. i recommend parents step up to see the change...truth is ALL parents are "busy"...but i actually use my PTO lol. on top of this- food vendors who are there need to get paid, they aren't giving free food or doing charity. long gone are the times of discounts are free services. i'll be honest- after this year at my school i am done! let everyone else worry about it!

My sons school always held their yearly carnival at Blackbeards. And the halloween carnival/haunted hallways, parents & grandparents always show up & show out!
