I eat eggs and chicken kinda all day. I’ll eat salads all day but pile chicken on, ground turkey works as well. But break your meals up into smaller meals so you don’t feel forced to eat!

I just got back from the gym and I ate a can of tuna from Aldi’s w/ avocado (28g) & 4 boiled eggs (24g) for dinner. For “dessert” I made a chia seed pudding topped with mango and strawberries.
