I knew carol’s point of view from when I first saw her. It probably would’ve and could’ve been ANYBODY she didn’t know with Dess’ guitar and she’d still act the same. She most definitely became even more cold and stern than she probably already was due to Dess’ disappearance. It’s why Rudy even corrects Toriel when she refers to Carol as his wife. He says, “Carol.” Assuming her frigid increase of coldness, due to grief, possibly took a toll on their marriage.

lmao im dyyying with the comments defending Carol. we get that part but there are many instances where we see how Noelle is traumatized by the way Carol raised her. From the game to the spamton sweepstakes blogs. they're small details but there's no way you guys can't get them. Noelle being perfect all the time? Doing every possible community activity and being the best at it? I never saw anyone mentioning that. Locked outside of her house? Talking with her dad about how had to deal with Carol is?
