Love holidays cancelled mine and my moms holiday to Punta Cana 2 days before we were meant to leave, citing “pricing error” on their end, yet my dad who booked 8 hours after us for a little cheaper still has his full holiday confirmed to the same place and flights. We are being offered no alternative, our whole family holiday has been ripped apart 2 days before, and they won’t let us cancel my dads holiday, who is disabled and can’t even go alone !! DO NOT BOOK THROUGH LOVE HOLIDAYS. THEY WILL CANCEL 2 DAYS BEFORE AND PROVIDE NO HELP AND TELL YOU A ‘MANAGER’ WILL GET IN TOUCH.
