As long as you fuel enough and arnt in a steep deficit you’ll build muscle and maintain strength

Fact💪 people don’t realize you’re not trying to be good at both, hybrid is about being able to do both and everyone’s level is different! If more people took this approach they’d be healthier but everyone is too focused on getting muscular to even run a mile! Jack of all trades master of none
