What kind of advice is this? In an inflationary world, and taking a long term pov (the only one worthwhile for investing), current prices would be higher than in the past and lower than in the future. And if you are trading on shorter terms, then you are saying buy the dips and sell the tops, which is a game that small private investors will never win.

Todays price is futures low prices - stay invested regardless of price unless you need money within 10 years
