Sir, bagong kuha ko po ang plate number galing casa and brand new po motor ko, pero Region 10 (gray bottom) ang dumating, at region 3 po ako at sa OR/CR at mother file ko ay Region 3 (light blue top) at MV file nagsisimula sa 03. Magkakaproblema po ba ito, at maaari po bang mag-request ng color correction sa LTO?
