Go to a Natural Grocers and get the loose hibiscus tea, Dandelion tea, organic ginger and tumeric and lemons. Make a tea with all this and add a pinch of black pepper and 3 cloves. On the side, put a teaspoon each of ground cinnamon, ground cayenne, and a tablespoon of Rosemary and wash it down with a strong flavored drink. All this lowered my A1c 3 points, helped my cholesterol numbers, cleared my skin, gave me energy and helped with inflammation. I'm too nervous to buy store bought stuff.
