Try mixing ketchup,mustard and brown sugar (not a lot of brown sugar) to put on top. It’s delicious

yummy my recipe comes very close to yalls I've never put the relish in mine . and you are correct a bell pepper does not go in meatloaf I tried it once and regretted it that was a no-go and never again

I put onions, bell pepper, egg, Heinz 57 , I pinch pieces of bread in mine , honey salt pepper, mustard ketchup top it with Heinz 57 and honey best you have ever ate
