If I need something like cake or cheesecake, I will buy sugar free if I can and buy single slice cake so I don’t eat the whole thing..I use quest pb cups when I want a Reese’s or I get the “candy” options from atkins. They have a few like m&ms.

fruit! I know it might not sound that exciting, but once you get used to cutting out the bad stuff, it really does start to taste like such a good treat that you will literally crave. my favorite is pineapple. another option is that you can still let yourself have the 'bad' stuff, you just have to control your portions.
