So if her lawsuit gets thrown out by the jury and then later on Wayfaver sues her he will get a different judge maybe thats why they didnt refill the lawsuit. This judge is soooo biased with his brother director

At least it’s been ordered that BL can’t pull another stunt to monopolize the deposition time. Seems like WF got what they wanted barring the fact that there isn’t a real conflict with the appropriate attorneys attending at 8am.

I think the attorney for Greenstein writing they preferred an 8am start time and would only be available til 4:30 was the sole reason he decided this. He clearly doesn’t give a crap about WFP counsel or their personal matters. Hopefully Ellyn can still make it work but I feel bad for her if she ends up missing a very important personal appointment. Bad karma to those that made that happen I say.

He says give way to convenience of non party witness. Sony guy wanted to finish by 4:30. But they would still have finished at 4:30 even if they started at 9. He had been originally noticed for 9. It's BL who asked for 8 start, isn't it? I just don't understand this bowing to her every demand. It's getting very annoying.
