Everything I prepped for the week  Overnight Oats 🥣 (for 1 serving) - 1/4 cup oats  - 1/4 cup Greek yogurt  - 1 scoop protein powder  - 1 tbs chia seeds  - 1/3 cup milk  - dash of maple syrup  Mix together and let sit over night. Add your toppings in the morning!  Cabbage slaw for sides & tacos 🌮  - Chopped cabbage  - Carrots shredded  - Red onion sliced  - 1 cup edamame  - 2tbs rice vinegar  - 2tbs soy sauce  - 1tbs sesame oil  - 1tsp maple syrup  - Lime juice  - Garlic  - Fresh ginger  - S&P  Combine all the veggies in a bowl  Whisk all the dressing ingredients together and pour on top of the salad  Cilantro like dressing for bowls & salads 🥗  - Greek yogurt  - Fresh cilantro  - Lime juice  - 1tsp Chipotle sauce  - Garlic  - 1-3tbs water depending on how thick you want it  - S&P to taste  Shake in a jar together  Wonton curry soup 🍲  I made @broccyourbody  - 1 yellow onion diced  - Garlic + ginger  - 1 bell pepper diced  - 1 sweet potato cubed - 8oz mushrooms diced  - Spinach  - 1 can lite coconut milk  - 1-2tbs red curry paste  - 4 cups bone broth  - Lime juice  - 1 bag of potstickers  Add onions, garlic, ginger, and bell pepper to heated up Dutch oven and saute. Then add mushrooms and saute some more until veggies are soft.  Add sweet potatoes and curry paste and combine.  Add in coconut milk and broth then bring to a boil. Once at a boil reduce and let simmer with lid on for 10ish min until potatoes are soft.  Increase the temp then add the bag of potstickers, lime juice, spinach, and cooked meatballs.  Let potstickers warm for about 5-7 min and serve!  For the turkey meatballs  - 1lb ground turkey  - 1 egg  - 1 cup panko  - Dash of soy sauce  - Garlic powder  - S&P  Mix with your hands and form into meatballs.
