Why do we like to play games? Just to feel like we’re doing a great job as managers? There are other ways you can find out if the person is fit for the job or not other than ‘asking/forcing’ them to fake it/lie to you 😅 this is sad, sorry. Sounds like kiss the ring to me. You surely know if a person fits the job or not as a senior manager, why the run around?
