It has gotten better. I focus more on quality time with my residents. It still gets overwhelming though. I had to take a me day this week to recharge.

Back when I was in activities I postponed bingo from 2 to 3:30 to have an entertainer come in and my residents rioted, skipped the event, and had a family member break into the closet to the bingo supplies and call numbers for them. It was awesome lol
