Hear me out... i started taking pantothenic acid (balances out horomones) and glutathione (controls oil, fades hyperpigmentation) supplement once in the morning and it helped me a bunch

Panoxyl at night, Cerave during the day. Spearmint tea. Beef tallow. Vitamin A, D3, Zinc & black seed oil. It’s a process but being consistent works

Soooooo I too have hormonal acne and I don’t think the cleanser makes a huge huge difference , I think when I started using naturium azaleic acid emulsion paired with tretenoin at night . THATS what did it

I use La Roche Posay as well but you need to pair it with medication. I’m on Spironolactone & Tretinoin.

if your acne is hormonal, you have to treat it from within first. this is coming from someone with PCOS, i just use a gentle foaming cleanser now but my acne cleared once i got my hormone levels back to normal

I got a clindamycin topical liquid to put directly in acne. That stopped all active breakouts and prevented new ones. Then I got Laniege cleanser in the blue bottle. It’s gentle and suds really good. Very moisturizing, doesn’t disturb eczema or pcos
