Booking with Vrbo has been one of the worst customer experiences of my life. My friends planned my 40th with them. They admit our host broke policy, and we then spent days trying to just even get our refund back. Booing a new place to stay will not cost us much more, that we had not budgeted for (as we purposely made our original booking months in advance)
