Since in the series WL already knows that GT had been vomiting, I kiiinda hope that they cut that scene of them meeting in the hospital, cause their "last" goodbye in the office was emotional enough and we are running out of time with only 2 episodes, so maybe it would be cool if he just goes to visit GT's sister and found out that she has already been discharged 🥺. It's a little change that can speed up things a little bit and made WL realize things faster, right? ❤
