6 places in Australia you need to visit before you die (part 3) 🤯 🐨 Magnetic Island, QLD One of my favorite islands in Australia! It’s located just off the coast of Townsville and has so many secluded beaches, walking trails, and one of Australia’s biggest wild koala populations. 🐬 Adelaide, SA Adelaide is a great city to visit for beaches, events, culture, and food. It’s also located close to many popular wine regions like the Barossa Valley and McLaren Vale. I went on a boat trip to swim with wild dolphins in Adelaide, and it’s one of the best things I’ve done anywhere in Australia! 🏜️ Kings Canyon, NT Kings Canyon is an underrated destination in Central Australia compared to the more popular Uluru & Kata Tjuta, but it has amazing views over the red sandstone cliffs and desert. The Rim Walk is a relatively easy hike with incredible views throughout the trail. 🐊 Daintree Rainforest, QLD Daintree is one of the oldest rainforests in the world. It’s a great destination for nature lovers, and you can see a lot of interesting wildlife, from crocodiles to many different, unique bird species. Cape Tribulation is an especially cool spot where the rainforest meets the ocean. 🏄🏼‍♀️ Byron Bay, NSW Byron Bay is a chill surf town with amazing beaches and coastal views, including the easternmost point of mainland Australia at Cape Byron Lighthouse. 🤿 Great Barrier Reef, QLD The largest coral system in the world and one of the best places to snorkel and dive in Australia. You can see many different kinds of fish and turtles on a day trip from Cairns.
