Link in bio ❤️ Recipe: 4 medium eggs 1/2 cup (125ml) of plain full-fat yoghurt 1 cup (120g) of plain flour 1 cup (160g) of fresh or frozen peas 1 cup (125g) of grated cheddar cheese 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease or line a medium-sized baking dish 2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, yoghurt and flour until smooth 3. Stir in the peas and most of the cheese 4. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and top with the remaining cheese 5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and set through 6.
