I make this every morning in microwave in a bowl 3 minutes with or without spinach. Add a protein like ground turkey too with cheese reheat

The spinach needs to be pre cooked and drained before using it in the recipe. The spinach is high in oxsalic acid which will compete with the calcium uptake. The cheese in this recipe will compensate for this a little. Just thinking out loud 😅
