I see people working past 70 because they want to. They don’t need the money it’s just for socialization. They are blocking entire promotion ladders.

Benefits are dwindling too. My company just dropped parental leave it used to offer & I cant find any other US companies in my area that offer it either... Or even offer more than 10 days of PTO.
