They serve vegetarian, gluten free, halal, etc. meals but it is impossible to pre-order a nut free meal. Those are all dietary requirements by choice or intolerance at worse but a nut allergy can be fatal. Go figure! Airlines, sort it out please

on an easyjet flight back from Amsterdam, they announced that they were NOT serving nuts on that flight, because a customer had a severe nut allergy.

How bizarre. I flew last summer EDI to Spain and there was an announcement there was someone with a nut allergy on board and so noone could eat anything with nuts if they brought them on board and nothing would be sold from the trolley which had nuts

I think you can tell the airport crew on the plane and they should do a announcement but if you don’t say anything then they will be nuts

Omg I can totally relate with the nut allergy!! My husband is so understanding and I feel badly taking up so much bag space with safe snacks (which he often has to carry) - that’s love 😂
