SPOILERS FOR ENDING OF NONA: My partner hypothesized that because Alecto is the soul of the dead Earth, she would understand all languages that once existed. Some names and translations are not the cleanest, especially when converted to English and translating in real time… for example, “We Suffer We Suffer” could be a different name entirely, like perhaps… two names that both somehow translate the same (or a Moon Moon situation).
