As a flight attendant. DO NOT FLY under the influence!! It’s the most annoying thing!!!! The amount of passengers who have anxiety who take gummies thinking it’ll help their anxiety only makes it worse! Just talk to us crew and we will do what we can to ease you! Don’t take a substance and suffer alone! Everyone reacts differently and the “well I know my body” excuse isn’t always the case. Your body always is low on oxygen due to altitude taking something strong just makes the effects worse. Please fly safe! We want you to fly comfortably. Not screaming your head off and annoying the person next to you for 9-15 hours

One time on a 4-hour flight, the woman next to me took a gummy for her anxiety, and it gave her worse anxiety; so she forced me - a stranger - to speak to her the whole flight about recycling.. but this is cool too.

I mean I traveled to Chicago a month after back surgery to see my step son graduate boot camp. You better believe I took my narcotic pain meds with me! If they let you do that…they’ll let you take gummies that you can buy in a store ❤
