Most of calm ppl are the one who learn it with the wiseness of their age. Every old ppl are not always good ppl and they're using calmness over young ppl to do bad thing to them and enjoy their peace shaked and enjoy their sadness. I talk abt my family in law. One day, young ppl becomes old ppl too and I choose to not be bad but yes we learn to be calm at some point.
