I watched myself sleep. I used to sleep walk so I thought it was another episode. But this time was weird because I’m watching myself sleep and when I go to the other rooms my family is asleep. So I went back and just stood next to my bed and watch myself sleep

Maybe this isn’t an original experience but my “sleep paralysis” talks to me. It gets irritated when I fight . It also comes with a pet. I’ve never seen it but I can always feel that there’s a four legged creature on the other side of the bed, opposite the one choking me.
