I dont think Hinako killing her friends and parents is literal, she is killing them metaphorically like the past selves they were. They are alive and they still visit but it will never be the same because she is married and belongs to another family. Her greatest fear is marriage and the loss of her younger identity and life. The ending where she stabs people during her wedding ceremony is not the "true" ending
