Sunt mămică de aproape 40 de ani 👩‍👧‍👦. De mai bine de 3 ani mă antrenez alături de antrenorul meu 🏋️‍♀️, care mereu a venit cu provocări pentru mine. Aceste provocări m-au făcut să îmi doresc mereu mai mult, să devin o variantă mai bună a mea 🔥. Acum un an și patru luni a apărut și gândul de a urca pe o scenă de fitness 💃💪. Așa am început acest protocol alături de antrenorul meu, în care nu am ratat niciun antrenament 📆, am fost atentă la fiecare detaliu și am acceptat cu două mâini această provocare 🙌. Această călătorie a scos, până în acest moment, cea mai bună variantă a mea ✨, deși sunt mămică de 2 copii și am aproape 40 de ani ❤️. Văzând rezultatele, îmi doresc și mai mult, iar pentru următorii 3-5 ani am mari aspirații 🚀. Nu ezitați niciodată să vă doriți mai mult 🌟, să vă găsiți un mentor care să vă ridice standardele mai sus decât v-ați ridica singuri 🎯 și să acceptați provocări care pot scoate din voi cea mai bună versiune – atât fizică, cât și psihică 💪🧠. Pentru mine, acest protocol a fost o transformare enormă 🙏 și sunt profund recunoscătoare pentru unde am ajuns și extrem de entuziasmată pentru ceea ce urmează 💫. ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ ⸻ I’m a mom of two, almost 40 years old 👩‍👧‍👦✨. For more than 3 years I’ve been training with my coach 🏋️‍♀️, who has always challenged me. These challenges constantly pushed me to want more, to become a better version of myself 🔥. About a year and four months ago, the thought of stepping on a fitness stage appeared 💃💪. That’s when I started this journey with my coach, never missing a single training 📆, paying close attention to every detail, and fully embracing this challenge 🙌. This journey has brought out the best version of me so far ✨, even though I’m a mom of 2 and close to 40 ❤️. Seeing these results makes me want even more, and for the next 3-5 years I have big aspirations 🚀. Never hesitate to want more 🌟, to find a mentor who will set higher goals for you than you’d set for yourself 🎯, and to embrace challenges that can bring out the very best in you – both physically and mentally 💪🧠.
