High-Protein Tuscan Style Chicken Pasta 🔥 This is a healthier simple delicious protein packed pasta recipe that is super easy to make! It also reheats well making it great for meal prepping! 💪🏻 FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS Chicken: - ~1.5 lb of boneless skinless chicken thighs - Extra virgin olive oil  - Zesty Italian or Tuscan Seasoning of choice (I used @Flavor God Italian Zest) - ~4 tbsp of fresh minced garlic  - Juice of  1/2 a lemon  - Zest of 1/2 a lemon  Pasta  + Sauce:  - 8 oz bag of @Banza🍕🍝🫘 Pasta  - ~2 tbsp of butter   - ~4 tbsp of fresh minced garlic  - 10 oz package of cherry tomatoes cut in half  - ~3-4 handfuls of baby spinach  - ~1.5 to 2 cups milk of choice (I used almond)   - ~1 cup fresh grated parmesean  - Cornstarch slurry: combine ~2 tbsp of cornstarch w/ ~1/3 cup of water  - Seasonings: Zesty Italian, salt & pepper to taste.  Garnishes: Grated parmesan & chopped parsley.  Note: Some measurements are estimated, adjust ingredients to your liking.  DIRECTIONS  1. Coat the chicken thighs in olive oil & season generously. Next add in the minced garlic, lemon zest and lemon juice. Mix till well combined.  2. Get a large skillet going over medium heat and sear the chicken thighs in olive oil for ~7-8 min per side or until largest one reaches 170° degrees internal. Once done, remove and let rest.  3. While the chicken is cooking boil the pasta according to the directions on package.  4. Once chicken is done, switch the heat to low & deglaze with ~1/4 cup of water then add in the butter.  5. Once melted, add in the tomatoes and minced garlic. Let sauté for a few minutes then add in the spinach. Mix and let the spinach cook down. Next add in the milk then the parmesan and mix till well combined.  6. From there, add in the cornstarch slurry & mix to thicken up the sauce then add in the pasta. Give it a mix then season to taste.  Add extra milk if needed to thin it out.  7.
